Steam locos

Hello,
I am new to this forum and to Trainz altogether. I was wondering how I can get some of the steam locomotives I've seen on screen shots and in other places. The Southern RR ps-4, N&W Class A and J and the Central of Georgia Big Apple are the ones on my most wanted list. I haven't seen any of these in the download station.

Welcome to trainz Dave, the download station is a good place to begin, then some 3rd party sites have some great steam locos.

A search for "steam" in the forum should yield lots of links and info!

Southern Railway had a heavy 4-6-2 that they classed a ps-4. They were the ones that started pulling the Crescent Limited from D.C. to New Orleans. There is one remaining at the Smithsonian in D.C. and it makes up the centerpiece of their collection. Truly, a beautiful loco.
I am currently running Trainz 06. I have UTC but have not been able to download it to my computer. I keep getting an error 1045, whatever that is.
I'm not very computer savvy!

The only PS-4 that I know of is the one by 'Marlboro', and is payware. It's on http://www.virtual-motive-division.com/ and the price is damn good for what you get!

UTC is a much older Trainz version, so just stick with 06, or better yet, get TS2009!
