Steam loco reverse?

How do you drive backwards with a steam loco, cant find the reverser
also, what does the lever or handle do on the right side
or is there some kind of guide somewhere that explains every lever or handle inside?

The reverser can also be a handwheel.
Depends which loco you are driving.

had to pull the cutoff lever underneath 0

BLACKWATCH, since you have UTC, you should know that steam locos in TRS are driven a little differently then UTC and below. UTC only supports diesel driving. No electrics or steamies.

Yes BUT, but trainz is now getting so realistic, I just stated what a real loco driver would look for.
