Stations on bridges

I'm trying to model a UK station that has the platforms extending over an adjacent bridge.
A 5-track bridge gives the width required and all looked OK until I placed the road under.
Dropping the ground for the road meant the platforms dropped down and back up again as they crossed.

Is there a way of getting platforms to stay with the tracks and not the ground below?

Are the platforms splines? If so, just "apply vertex height" to the spline points and the spline will remain in place regardless of the ground below.

Terry these might be helpful for you.

These are by James73 and are on the DLS.

You still need to supply the platforms and details.

One way is find a height adjustable station. Another is place the rotation point of the station to one side of the road. I also used a dig hole for the road to pass under the station making sure the road and bridge hid the gap below.
