Splines underwater

Suffering for his art.
In an old route I started but since lost I'm sure I had splines of docks and bridges that continued underwater. Now when I place a spline for example a dock or bridge the splines cut off at the level of the water. I've messed around with the spline editing slider in config but no effect, can't think of anything else I may have changed or I may be misleading myself and actually used a normal object previously. I'm using 04.

Cheers Guys

Spline or no, it doesn't matter. I think the ability to see beneath the surface of the water came in somewhere after 2006, TC or maybe 2009. If my recollection is correct, in 2004, you can't see what's beneath the surface unless your POV camera is beneath the surface.

Came in in TC3 Ed :) Improved in 09, as in TC3 the stuff under water wasn't always showing.

Cheers Eup, bloody hell that was quick, must have been mistaken then, lots of bass vibe shaking my brain since then.

Actually in '04, if I remember correctly, you used to be able to see tracks if you put them under water, but bridge pillars etc were cut off. Right now it's the other way around it seems lol

If it's relevant, you can easily lower the water level, adjust whatever you want to adjust, then raise the water level back up.

It's just that I'm building a small dock for offloading cars and the dock sides looks daft just cutting off at the level of the water, just wondering if any way around it.

In '09, I can see everything underwater except train cars:

The center bridge pillar is visible underwater, although it's hard to see in this image.
