G'day! :wave:
After mucking around with TransDEM, I managed to get a small portion of some CSX track, not sure which or where it was from, and create a small module of sorts. I then decided I needed some more CSX locomotives, so I dug through my external HDD looking for stuff, I came across the CSX C40's from USLW which I last used in Trainz 09. So I though I'd install them, but I've com faced to face with the ferocious and dreaded "Error: Texture 'mesh_body/specgrey.texture' is missing or could not be loaded for mesh 'mesh_body\mesh_body.im'." error. I've done some research on the error and specgrey.texture and found a number of users who had encountered the error and some who had managed to fix it. I found a thread from 2011 and followed exactly what a user had posted, and it didn't appear to work, The steps I did were:
1. Copy a .tga file in the mesh_body folder and rename it to 'specgrey.tga'
2. Made a .txt folder and put inside 'Primary=specgrey.tga
Tile=st'
3. Saved the .txt file as specgrey.texture
4. Saved and commited.
And the error still persists with CMP constantly bugging me about the broken asset like a whining child telling me to fix a broken toy. :hehe:
Anyway. Any work around this?
Cheers!
Jake.
