i should think they could be part of 09. some one could reskin a engine
that look liek it or even make it

Just inspected all the engines that came with 09 again but couldn't find them.

Would be nice if someone could make (reskin or however...) them!

They aren't, Squeak made them, but there is no link to them currently.
You could always wait for me to start producing some bodies, I've started on my local stock, the Electrostar and I have a half finished PIG/455 on here somewhere
