Sound problem

A long shot here, but why can't we take the sounds from 04 and put it in 06 since they sound better in 04?

Because its not the sound files that are the problem, its the game code that got messed up when they made 06.

Okay. How about instead of replacing the 06 sound system, why not we replace the sounds? My theory is that all locomotives have different sound "stages". The more the merrier. Smoother sounds, lesser cut offs and such. I use Audacity to edit sound files, so the joining and merging (thereafter cutting them up into even more segments) is no problem. On the trainz side I'm not sure.
