Greetings all! I am curious as to whether it is possible to manipulate a sound file? I know that Trainz tends to spool up very slowly, from Idle - Notch 2 - 3 - 4 and back down again, but I'm wondering whether it's possible to edit the sound file so that if I were to power down from Notch 3 to Idle by pressing the "5" key, basically to cut the power and avoid Notch 2, can the sound file be made to mirror that, eliminating the sound of the power down from Notch 3 to Notch 2?
I ask because in the UK, DMU's don't power down through each throttle setting. A driver moving the power handle from full to idle will result in an immediate "drop" in the sound. So, any advice on how to do it, and if it is even possible would be greatly appreciated
