Some questions about how you do it

Hello, i start saying i'm new on Trainz Sim 12 although i have played other sims, and sorry for my english (not native)

1- I've been trying to download some routes and some other stuff with the content manager from DLS, but i always get some asset missing or some dependency blah blah blah i must not be using that in the correct way or dont know.

2- I tried to search for some vids about the multiplayer option but i didn't saw what i was looking, it has not been easy to find a ''multiplayer session'' that i could join either because dependencys are not anymore in DLS or there aren't any Not Private so i can join.

3- How do you guys plan the schedules? I mean, making a Train with many freights it as been a little challenge to me to know wich route should i take expecially if i have cargoes for one station and others for other.

4- The consequence of being new, i've been struggling to plan the route from one point to another, the method i've been doing works when alone (changing all intersection for my line) in multiplayer i would have to do that IRT so i wouldn't mess others routes. So how does work better for you? do you have a map in a window, do you keep checking the map in game to know when you will need to change a line?

Hi and welcome to Trainz,
sorry for my english (not native)
No worries; loads of people on this forum are not native English speakers. Loads of native English speakers write a lot worse than you did. As long as you try and use punctuation, people are usually respectful.

1- I've been trying to download some routes and some other stuff with the content manager from DLS, but i always get some asset missing or some dependency blah blah blah i must not be using that in the correct way or dont know.
2 explanations:
1 - Loads of stuff on the DLS nowadays uses 3rd party dependencies.
2 - You do not have the latest patched version of TS12 so can not download some of the dependencies.
In case of 1: Check the KUID (the ID number of the asset you are missing) and feed it into Google. That usually gives you an idea on what website to start looking.
But (case 2) be sure to patch your game to the latest build first. Note that if you have a local language version of the game, you probably can not patch your game. If you got it from simulator central (or some other shops), you have the "standard" language version of the game.
Basically: Start the game. In the start-up window, look for the number in the bottom right corner. That is your build number (something 46000 or above). You probably have to patch your game. For patches, go here:
http://www.auran.com/servicepacks/
Be sure to get patches that start with EXACTLY your build number. Other patches do not work or will even harm your installation.

2- I tried to search for some vids about the multiplayer option but i didn't saw what i was looking, it has not been easy to find a ''multiplayer session'' that i could join either because dependencys are not anymore in DLS or there aren't any Not Private so i can join.
All dependencies for multiplayer sessions are built-in or can be downloaded via Content Manager (CM - found as "content" in the start-up window). If you have missing dependencies, that you probably still need to patch your game to he latest build (see previous point).

Note that language versions of the game can only play with others that have the same language version. As a result, you might never find active sessions.

3- How do you guys plan the schedules? I mean, making a Train with many freights it as been a little challenge to me to know wich route should i take expecially if i have cargoes for one station and others for other.
Sorry; don't use that (or do not understand your question), so don't know how.

Check the map or use a free roaming camera and go forward over the track.

Hope this helps a bit.
Again: Welcome to Trainz.
