I want to renew my membership to Trainz Plus. If the charge said Trainz Plus, there would be no problem. "Trainz Mem Hope Island AU" sounds like a route. If support had been open to my question, that would have solved the problem. Another alternative is some businesses state in their text, "Renewal charges will appear as "Trainz Mem Hope Island AU" on your credit card statement. Hope Island may mean something in Australia or England, but it wasn't familiar to me.
I checked the Support page and looked at "General", "Account", "Trainz Plus", and "Trainz Memberships" to see if there was any information about how renewals are identified, and there was no mention. I think this would be a good way to make renewal information known.
