Small multiplayer issue.

Hello all. Recently, I've been playing Multiplayer with friends on KSC2, and one thing I've noticed is that I cannot place trains mid-session, however I have seen users in other Multiplayer sessions place trains on a dime, while being on the same KSC2 default Multiplayer session. There is an 'Edit Trains' button, but whenever it is pressed I get a notification that is something like this: "Editing trains is disabled in this session." How come I am unable to place trains in Multiplayer sessions (which is extremely helpful when someone wrecks their train) but other users can? Thank you for the help!

This sounds like it's session-specific and was done by a setting in the Session editor to prevent placing the consists while the session is in operation.
