I've just bought the 1st Class ticket but when I download anything in Content Manager the speed is 4KB/s, I have the ticket activated in my Planet Auran profile. My internet connection is 6Mb DSL. Please help.

One addition: while the Planet Auran says the ticket is activated, the Content Manager ticket status window shows: "buy ticket". Weird.
