hi, im haveing a problem with single line tunnels, double works fine. iv made surethe entrance is backed up to the terrain i wonna go through but it either goes over the top or the tunnel gets blocked up with hillside. what am i doing wrong?

If some of the hillside is blocking the tunnel then that usually means that the ground height is not high enough - use the ground height tool to raise the ground height (obviously!!!) so that it is above the tunnel. This is commonly a problem at the tunnel entrances where the ground would normally be sloping down.

I'm not sure what "going over the top means" unless you mean that the tunnel is laying itself on top of the terrain. While I have never seen this I suppose it could happen if you are laying the tunnel in sections as you would a section of track with spline points between the start and the finish (is that even possible?) I always lay a tunnel as one unbroken section from the start to the finish and if I need to add curves in the tunnel then I insert extra spline points along its length.
