SimulatorCentral Order to Adelaide still "Processing" after 10 days...

Hello there,

My first order from SimulatorCentral to Adelaide late last year arrived a few days after placing it. The second one (order#100010895), placed & paid for on the 8th of January indicates status still as "Processing" - and it is the 17th today. Should I be worried?

Is it boxed goods or a digital download that this order includes?
