SimulatorCentral.com problem, PLEASE correct soon!

Guys, I'm having a problem with SimulatorCentral.com. I bought 2 DLC items 3 days ago via paypal.com. Currently the Serial Number area when I go to view them says "Will become available when payment is received", but when I look at the PayPal Order Status page AND the Simulator Central order preview page, both of them say "Complete" or "Completed". I'm not sure where to put this message, so moderators, move it if you must. I am REALLY impatient for a reply; as I said, its been 3 days. PLEASE contact me soon.
 
Phh, had the same with my PRR T1 MONTHS ago. Still have no serial, but what do you expect from N3V....
 
In some instances, Paypal can take time to sort out the payment/order details, depending on what method is used. However, I would recommend submitting a helpdesk ticket so they are aware of the problem.

The 'contact' page on simulator central is linked to the helpdesk as well.

We can't provide support for serial number issues via the forums.
