Signature picture

My sig pic has disappeared. I can only see a replacement option from a URL. How do I replace it from a hard drive?.

You can't, you need a web site space where you place or upload your signature picture and insert that link into your signature space. Your Internet Provider usually gives you some web space, from where you could do so, Hotmail is another one where you can store your pictures. Other web spaces and cloud storage spaces will do similar.
