first im running ts12,but like all my signals are red, iv tried removing all trains, it sais its unsignaled, then sometimes it sais it is closed? i have no idea what it do !

The message "Track ahead is unsignaled" means that the route creator probably did not signal the route correctly. Causes can include there not being a signal where there should be. The signal will likely be constantly changing aspects (red -> yellow -> green) as a visual indication of this.
The message "Line terminates or is closed" means that either a junction up ahead is set against the track that the signal is on (i. e., closed) (and thus is red to keep trains from driving over a wrongly-set junction and derailing), or the track ahead ends (terminates).
A signal should be showing the stop (red) aspect if that signal's block (the stretch of track between that signal and the next signal) is occupied by a train, if the "Line terminates or is closed" condition above is true, or if there are no trains approaching the signal or are within its block (in this case, the signal's tooltip message will say "No train approaching or within this block"). So there must be a train nearby for the signal to display any aspect other than stop (red).

did a little but when it sais terminated it doesnt terminate, it was just a circle to test if my signals would turn green and there not iv never had a green one i build a huge circle around my map and its always 2 red signals that said light ahead is unsignaled, i think i do not know how to lay them down right, is there a specific way you put signals down?
Your route probably needs more than the signals you are using and possibly some junctions. In a simple loop your train is probably seeing the back of itself if you have not set up a block system using distant signals or the equivalent for your route's country.
