You would have to be a little more specific with that.. The question threw me off. 
Do you mean like maps where if you pass by a signal, you will be notified of an incoming increase/decrease speed sign?
Specific signal types that indicates a warning or something? An AI is coming through, and the signals direct that you must go into a siding and wait for it to pass?
