The One and Only
Hey everyone I just recently got an idea...

Here is a thread to show off your signature and talk about each others.
Rules:

1.Must be the correct size
2.Follows all the Auran policy's regarding signatures.
3.Give a brief description about your signature.
4.Positive criticism is ok but don't just outright say that someones signature is bad.

OK I'll go first:
Here is my signature below. It is a dedication to my favorite railroad the Burlington Northern. Below it is my motto, self explanatory.

Now its your turn!

1.Must be the correct size

2.Follows all the Auran policy's regarding signatures.

To help everyone understand the N3V rules for 'sigs', the CoC states:

Signature banners may not cover an area greater than 800 pixels in width, 100 pixels in height and may not have a total file size greater than 30kb.

I post this to help this thread and everyone who replies.

Good luck with this thread and I look forward to seeing some exciting posts.

EDIT: To view your 'sig' size, right click on the 'sig' and scroll down to... properties. That will show width, height and the total kb's.

Regards,

Mine is a sampler of the now defunct Rio Grande Ski Train as well as a link to my site and the version of Trainz I use most. (Probably time for an update).

Well, OK...

While in the US Navy a few years ago (1964) I arrived at the aircraft squadron VAW-11 the same time as Grumman's E-2A Hawkeye carrier bourn radar survalence aircraft. The Hawkeye was to replace the Grumman E-1B Tracer.
Prior to 1962 the Tracer was designated WF-2 and so got the un-official nick name Willie Fudd. And so the E-2A aquired the un-official nick name Super Fudd.
Fast forward to ~1972. I got into CB radio and chose the handle Super Fudd in the hope that some one would say "Super Fudd as in the E-2A? I used to work on them." No one has.
Fast forward to ~1994. I got on the internet and often chose SuperFudd as my internet "handle"
Fast forward to 2002 and Trainz. Yeah, you guessed it.
Awhile back a well known comic book company stoled my handle for an Elmer Fudd with super powers. I chose not to sue. Same when Fuddruckers came out with a Super Fudd burger. Not sure about Grumman though. An internet search for "Super Fudd" came up with the picture below.
So now you know (more than you wanted to.) Oh yes, and there is a brief discription of my PC.

So that's a couple of signatures in this thread in violation of the CoC already...

Now, where's that "report" button :p :D !

Everybody is awear that 1 kilobyte is 1024 bytes are they not ?
so 30KB is in fact 30720 bytes

I hope that a crack down on banner sizes means that the over size image posters are next in line as well

Ok I did not read that part - Well its an image of me on the footplate of locos, Grandma 4204 and D9 first loco I drove - Its even on the DLS under my name but most of the tricky work was in fact done by AD60200 as well there is my user name and since I am allowed to have a space of 800 X 100 I just have to use all of it. :hehe: And to finish up the right hand side a little image of me fixing the trainzbeast.

Well mine is based of someone elses signature that says:
Some like butter
Some like cream
I like trains that run on steam.
Since i like diesels more then steam, well.
And weasels and sneasels rime with diesels.:hehe:

I just know this is a trap, but who am I to deny the hunter the satisfaction?

I change my sig banner periodically to express whatever catches my fancy. I'm not advertising anything, or linking to anything anymore. I'm just entertaining myself.

After I size my banner correctly, I export it to a jpeg web optimizer to be sure it is in line with the COC. Of course; I am just an amateur fooling around that chooses to follow the "rules".

My current banner just celebrates the "Halloween season", flying in the face of political correctness.

How do I show my sig??

Oh right.

Mine is of my recent status to do with Train Simulators on the computer
