Would anyone care to chime in on this one? The progressive mesh file(s), textures, associated files contained in this distribution are copyright 2002 under universal copyright law. Any distribution or alteration of these files other than by the original author (%%%%%%%%%%%) are prohibited excepting the distribution from Auran's servers. "Under no circumstances is this mesh to be released under another authors KUID. If you wish to have this mesh re-skinned, alias names may be used to the base mesh"? Question: If you change the color of say a bogie, can it be put up on the DLS as long as the mesh is not changed but the texture is and proper credit to the original creator are retained in the description? I am only asking because I have seen several things with this statement by the original creator and then find the same item with a color change under a new author and KUID.

I would say no, as "Under no circumstances is this mesh to be released under another authors KUID". So you can't release it without omitting the mesh from your version and aliasing it to the original (not sure how you do that though)
It is very apparent, many things are not put under the microscope to the finest detail. I have seen probably hundreds of things like that myself, without trying. And remember, this is just what LITTLE OL' ME found, not what everyone else looks at. It could be worse or better for different regions. I look mostly at USA/Canada content. Anybody from the UK/Australia/Asia/Middle East/Russia care to chime in?

Metro North M9 Prototype. Added new pantographs, added destination signs (textures) , and rewrote most of the config to properly work in TS2010. All thats left is to figure out how to lower the lights at the top. Working on the New Haven line colors.

I sent one off to them a looooooong time ago. Never made any more because they dropped off the face of the Earth.
