The SKIN isn't payware, the MESH is payware.

Either way both are copywriten & are covered by the asset license. So regardless if it's payware or not, you still can't just release something. But the skin is considered to be part of the asset, and the asset is payware. So yes the skin AND the mesh are payware.

That being said some creators will allow someone to release the textures for a payware asset.

Ya know, most people who have boarders they don't like just evict them. Driving a 210-ton locomotive across them seems a trifle extreme. Not to mention, messy ...
