Is that one of K&L's Cars?

Yes. The Pullman Sleeper turned lounge car from LASTA. One of 6 I am doing. All SP HW business cars, along with one lightweight (based on the Cotton Belt 819 SP Lightweight). Look here for more variants (modern windows, different liveries, bearings, etc.)

I like the idea of the skin, but there's two issues:

1.) You painted over the locomotive's textured-on details. It looks like a Painshed reskin, ngl.
2.) The red is over-saturated and the black is too dark.

The skin, if done better, would look pretty damn good though. It just needs some work.
