Show off your reskins!

Finally finished these bad boys NOTE: I know that equipped is spelled wrong on the loco flag is low res I will fix it in the future.

I'm finally at a point where I can rest well at night. I've been pounding away this one for about a week from scratch and the only real major problem I have is the ARN. Hope everyone enjoys!

That looks amazing, Ben. Is the model your own creation, or is it JR's?

Also, those running numbers look a little big. The black outline seems to disappear toward the top & bottom of each number.

Regardless, it's still a great reskin/model.

It is the JR Late SD70ACe. It was a BNSF to UP skin. I am very aware the ARN took a turn for the worse but over all, Im happy with it.

To put in perspective of how far Ive come, The bright neon piece 'o junk was my very first attempt at a reskin. And the UP ACe is my latest creation. I've officially blown my own mind.

It's Been A While Since I Last Posted . . .

With little time for Trainz, I've been focused on my two main projects: the NYS&W (and its subsidiaries) and the Interstate Railroad. I've reskinned RRMods' SD40 in a Utah Railroad-like scheme for INT, and in a NYS&W yellow jacket scheme for the 1988-1990 Directed Service Order operation of the Delaware & Hudson (in my version of history, NYS&W acquired D&H). I've also applied the 1941 maroon and gray paint scheme on Ben Neal's BL2's and SD7's, VMD's Geeps, and RRMods' SW7's. My favorites are the SD45's (of course!).

I've also reskinned various other units for NYS&W and subsidiaries Wilkes-Barre & Eastern and Susquehanna Connecting. My version of history has NYS&W dieselizing with EMDs instead of Alcos.

Since I have plenty of yellow and black paint left over, over Christmas Break I made some Virginian Railway items, including Byron Henderson's version of the Virginian project model railroad from 2012. I reskinned both FM H-16-44 models (for some reason, my screenies are in black-and-white . . . ), plus my usual assortment of VMD GP9's, Ben Neal's SD9, and RRMods' SD45.

One in the middle is the original. The one with the yellow stripe is a small and quick change i made to make it look more modern and the 3rd one is just a weathering attempt.

That looks great! Is it a reskin of one loco and another's tender? I love doing that.

Also, In other words, it is the biggest small locomotive.
Hello, I am the worlds tallest short person. :hehe:
