Shortline route and helpdesk - I need help

Are you using the exact same details you are using on here? It's a different part of the Trainzportal site so you will probably have to re-enter your details.

Sometimes the cache gets corrupted and the best way is to delete it.
Here are some steps you can also try and see if they work:

The simple way:
1. Close TANE until Steam says you aren't in the game
2. File > Download purchase items
3. Close TANE again until Steam says you aren't in the game
4. Launch TANE and then launch Trainz
5. If successful, the downloader will appear with the DLC

The advanced way:
1. Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\N3V Games\TANE\FOLDERNAME\cache
2. Delete everything in the cache folder
3. Launch TANE > settings > re-enter username and password
4. Once done, launch Trainz and let it re-build the database
5. If success, the downloader should appear with all the purchased DLC

**FOLDERNAME is referring to the folder that TANE uses by default
**USERNAME is the user that's log in on the computer
 
Okay,

To log into help desk (if you don't know), its basically the same username and password for here on the forums
With Steam versions, its nothing but a pain, as they seem not to be communicating with the N3V servers that you purchase the DLC, which is a huge problem for selling

I bought it yesterday --- Not familiar with steam, tho!

However, when I launched TANE the route, and package download! The sessions did not showed up at first -- I had to shut down TANE, re-launch, and like magic the sessions where there!

My 2 cents: Steam seems to be a problem from I have read in these forums before -- I use PayPal -- goes through to N3V, and then straight back to TANE! No lagging.

I know, not much here with this post; But just to give you a different perspective for future purchases!

Might be worth going into the Steam Client and under Games get up the "Manage Downloads" screen. If the item is there it could be queued pending other downloads completing or have become stuck (paused) and needs a push to restart.
