Shortline Railroad won't open

Hello,

I'm new to TANE and I purchased the Shortline Railroad rout along with TANE Platinum. When open the "Select Route" menu, I see the Shortline Railroad listed in green. It also says that I have purchased 5 of 5 sessions. However, when I go to the View Sessions menu, I only see Quick Drive and it wants me to pay again. What am I doing wrong?

The first thing I would do is an Extended Database Repair. Start the launcher, open the "Developer" menu item and hold CTRL while you left-click on "Database Rebuild."

Let us know how that works.

I think you didn't finish downloading all content packages, this would explain it

Yeah TANE doesn't update the installed version of the DLC.
After installing, be sure to restart Trainz completely and see if it shows up as normal.
If it still shows up as green, then put a ticket in at the helpdesk here https://support.trainzportal.com/

Thanks everyone. I've tried shutting down completely and restarting. No luck. I also tried to force a new download using File -> Download Purchased Items and restarting again and nothing updated. When I checked the content manager, it indicate it was installed and grayed out the download button. Thanks for the link to submit a trouble ticket. I'll give that a try.
