Shipping?

Hey there!

I'm just wondering wether Auran is still on their 2 week vacation or not because my TRS2006 still has not been processed. I ordered it on January 10th and the status is still "Pending Shipping". I have contacted them but I haven't gotten a response yet so far. Any ideas on what is happening? Thanks!

Same here. I ordered on the 11th and still in the pending mode. I left message at helpdesk but evidently it is not functioning either.
 
okay so it's not just me. Maybe theyre trying to catch up with their orders from their vacation or something? Who knows. Any other ideas?

The status will stay Pending till it gets stateside and put into the care of the USPS. Then you'll get a shipping notice from the USPS "at the request of" Christopher Cordes who is the guy that actually puts the US bound items in the US mail. So like I said, the Australia->USA part will happen while it still says Pending.

Edit: And the Help Desk is working, they're just backed up and going through things oldest first.

We placed an order for the download version on the 18th. As of this morning, it is still showing "In Process". I also have left a message with the Help Desk - zero response there too.

Obviously, this is frustrating as you would think their shopping system would be automated enough to process our credit card and then send the download link. My credit card company has also called wondering what this transaction was about.

If anyone gets a response or has any new information, by all means, please post it here!

Check your email for any download links. These usually get sent out right away by the system. The other place to check is your online Planet Auran account, which contains order history information. Your download link is there too should you have missed the email somehow.

Thanks for your reply! My issue is not the download or email. My problem is that the order is "stuck" in the ordering process. If I go to my Order History, it just shows the order # and then it says, "In Process".

That is as far as everything went. I Have also set up my email to allow Auran through on a "safe list", so I know I didn;t miss or get any emails either.

In short, the order never went through, nor was it processed. It's just stuck in the actual order process. I have since contacted the Help Desk, but I haven't gotten a repsonse from them, other than the automated one.

Hope this makes it a littler clearer. Once again, thank you for trying to help!

Hi Brian,

That does help explain things a little better for me. ;)

Zec Murphy will get back to you soon. He's been wading through a ton of past tickets since they've gotten back from their Christmas holiday break, and I think it's only one support guy with a pile of tickets to go through.

I know the frustration when ordering something only to have a delay like this.

Alright thanks that helps a lot. I thought that it changed when Australia sent it out but I guess not. Thanks for your help!
