Set Signal State

Does anybody know of a Rule that will set a signal to a certain state and then allow you to change that Signal back to auto mode.
Have tried Kuid2:47622:2002:8 but, does not work.

I just tested it in a simple loop route and it was working exactly as expected.

How have you set up the rule in Session Editor?

I use Set Signal Extended as well its good for stopboards, Put a invisible signal at the stop board then use Set Signal Extended to set it to red at the start of the session, then when the player stops on the navigation point another Set Signal Extended rule runs to set it to auto allowing the player to proceed.
