Problem; Session - Train hauling logs to Lumber Mill Kuid # -3:10027

Logs Auran - Log cars ATSF 50' kuid # 62941:16309:4

Train enters Mill drop off quadrant - stalls at beginning of designated
Mill log drop-off area - resumes at speeds of between 1 & 3km.
Moves on to 'drive to track mark (A)' approx 40m from Mill log drop-off.
Still at slow speeds (although increased) moves onto next track mark, and completes remaining commands to storage area.

The inclusion of an 'unload ' command preceding track mark (A) resulted
in one car load of 10 logs being unloaded onto the Mill skids but no
other unloads take place.
Various combination's of track-marks both to and via, and a 'drive to Mill command ' then an unload have all failed. The Mill consume settings have been set at the default of 1-28 and presently @1-0 .

Any help, advise, or suggestions to get logs flowing would be welcome.

 Hi, when I instruct a driver to load/unload I just give 2 commands. Navigate to (name of industry plus any specific loader/unloader) e.g. Ross Timber Co log unload followed by "unload"
Does your mill produce commodities as well as consume? If so that could be where your problem is. If a produced commodity has reached it's maximum storage capacity then the mill will stop consuming logs until you load some of the commodity.
Does your mill have a maximum capacity for logs? If it is set too low then you won,t be unable to unload a whole train. I am not familiar with the log consumption rate as you descibed it. So I am not sure if that is ok or not. I am used to an industry consuming a specific amount of logs in a minute which I would tend to set at 2.
