I'm also trying to figure out whether I need to patch. I recently bought the game on Gamersgate and my game version reads 43361.
Surely the 44*** patches are higher than mine so I need to update?
I can't seem to update from the launcher or within the game.
The list of patches to patch from doesn't seem to have my version. I tried one of those patches to see what would happen but it said it wouldn't work on my version of the game.
Unfortunately, I don't think there's an update generally for that build (for information, that is the same build that Steam also uses, as well as versions from Amazon,Gamersgate etc.
