Hello, Im not speak English very well (Im am of Asturias, Spain) And I have got a problem It's with the service packs:

My don´t find the service pack to 39561 to a new version.

can you spend the link.

Your build number (39561) does not match any updates there are for 2009, only 38599,39979-40040 are available. Seeing as your build number is mid way between the 2 patches I think you may have SP 1 but by a different distributor.(not Auran)

Just checked the build list - you appear to have the Spanish retail version, which does not have an easy patch route - you will need to look for a patch to take you to 40895.

On reading this reply I would suggest asking the question on the Spanish forum as someone will have had this update.
