Serial numbers not showing up

Hi there.

I bought the Trainz Complete Collection about a year back. I registered the serial numbers, using my other profile (i have 2 of them). But now, whenever i log onto either one of them, my serial numbers are not showing up
anymore(thus preventing me from downloading anything from the DLS):'(. If i try to enter them again, it says they are already registered. The same happened to my TRS2006 serial i registered on this account.. They're all gone.

The games were bought brand new.

Your only option to resolve this issue is to contact the helpdesk, and put in a ticket.

Contact helpdesk....I know in the past, if you tried registering a serial number that has already been registered, especially after multiple attempts, they would lock the account....

Hi Finnish trainzer Olaviko,

Have you opened a ticket at the ?

For these kinds of matters regarding , serial numbers and else we mortal trainzers can do very little.

Mr Zec Murphy at the wheel of the Helpdesk will listen to your ticket kindly. But bear in mind this is a long vacation weekend!!! Be patient!

Just one more thing - the ticket isnt showing up on my ticket list. Is this normal, or do i have to send it again?
