serial number

hi i am new well not really new, i have a problem with my account so i made a new one, yet i am incapable of entering my serial number. its says it is not transferable. is there another way, please help i really am dieing to try some of
the locos. also i tried entering my old account, but it did not let me through, and i tried the activation number given. nothing so far.

Sorry for the wrong link but I thought if he could go to the forum he would be able to find the link for the helpdesk up on top next to the download station button...
