Still no Serial to be found!

I stand corrected, I did find my manual, but I see nothing such as a Serial number anywhere! I have ask for help for three years and no response! Too bad you aren't runnin the show Mike, you are quick to respond, thanks!!

If you sent a messege to helpdesk at auran dot com then your messege went into the bin. I seem to recall that Auran stopped using the email based system because they were recieving lots of spam messeges.

We're obviously impressed that you've worked out how to change the font in your posting but can you try to avoid uising a different font in every post. This has to be the messiest looking thread on the forum, that last post is almost un-readable.

Sorry, was meant as an explanation. While we are at it, explain to me how you get title under name ( member, veteran, ect.); and why i cannot post as a quote, even I long in it just go back to log in page again!
I learn to do many things quickly, I grew up on a cattle ranch and had to make things i needed for what ever was close by. Automation is simply the combination of existing tools to work togeather for a common goal- Hot coffee when you wake up via a electric perk and a timer plug-- asa!

Why does everyone keep asking if I register the Serial, if I did that it would mean that I have it! There is no sticker, paper, or serial Number on anything I have. it is possible that I throw shomething away when I get CDs in mail, not knowing what it was for, but the bottom line is- I DO NOT HAVE MY SERIAL NUMBER!

Problem resolved thanks to Dave who told me what file to look in. I felt it should be listed in the program somwhere, and it was! Now to learn about snapshots and up-loading...

Could be a bit hard as he is not a U.S. citizen. Then you have to allow for the fact that he is a very busy man and doesn't have just your enquiry to deal with. He might have about 500 of these queries and question day in and day out. he can only deal with so many at a time. That's why these forums are so good. They tend to provide answers to questions that Alan might not be able to answer easily

Still Alan does a very good job considering that he is a single person doing the job that 2 people should be doing.
