Serial number

I have the edition of Ultimate Trainz Collection, CD#1&2, which was loaded on another laptop. Well I have a new laptop and I am unable to load it because I do not have the serial number. Can anyone give me ideas as how to obtain this number. I emailed the help desk but to no avail.

If you registered your S# then it is listed in your Planet Auran profile.
Click "Profile" above.
Then click "Serial Number" from the navigation bar on the left.
It should be listed there.

If not wait until after the weekend wherein the helpdesk should reply (they don't run 24/7)
