Serial Number Question

Hi Maybe I can get an answer here. I purchased Trainz 2012 and downloaded it from the site...I paid with PayPal the payment has cleared but I still do not have my serial number. The email address I got from paypal is no good so I have not been able to contact them...On the website although I can log in and see my order I cannot contact customer service because it says my password/username is wrong. WTF?? All I want is my s/n...please.
 
Check your Planet Auran profile, if you were logged in when you ordered your S# will be there. If not you need to contact the Helpdesk (link at top of the page) as they're really the only ones who can help you with serial number issues.

Thanks Peter...however It says on order serial number issued when payment received...I thought Paypal was instant...
It will not let me contact customer support says my username and password are incorrect...they aren't. I am getting frustrated with this whole mess.

If you do a forum search for "PayPal", you will find that your situation is not uncommon. I thought that it was somewhat addressed, but it appears that PayPal is still being restrictive.

With that search, what you will find is that even though Paypal says the order is complete, in reality, it is NOT.
-YOUR transaction with PAYPAL is complete, but Paypal's transaction with N3V may NOT have been completed...so even though you have committed to pay for your item, N3V has not received the funds from Paypal just yet.

It is a Paypal issue, not an N3V issue. You can either wait it out, or contact Paypal.
