serial number problem

I just joined and went to enter my serial number in for TRS2004 apart from a message said my serial number had already been register. I then realised i brought the game from a carboot sale so maybe the previous owner registered the serial number there fore I can't use it. What should or can I do so I can register the serial number on my account so i can download things.

I would advise contacting Helpdesk about this problem - as far as I am aware, serial numbers can only be registered once and are not normally transferable.

Well, if I had this kind of problem I would have done the same thing,so as with the previous post,talk to the help desk and they should help you get up and running!

Best of luck with the help desk . But , purchasing a preregistered copy , unless you can find the previous owner and recieve his username and password , is most likely going to be a lesson in life !
I am sorry , but I would simply bite the bullet , and purchase an unregistered copy .
