ok iv had alot of problems with this, the first time i enterned it it went through, i waited and no activation, now when i try it unable to do it, if anyone has had this problem please explain

If all else fails, click "submit a ticket" and ask them for help. Main thing is at the top of each page you should see;



Click the Serial Number, log in with your username and password, and when you type the code in d0 n0t b3 in a hury and type all the letters and numbers correctly, double check you don't have 0 1 confused with O l.

You can only register a serial number once, to my knowledge. Serial number issues are best handled by the Helpdesk, I believe. Go to the Helpdesk main page (http://support.auran.com/), log in with your Planet Auran username and password, and then submit a ticket descibing your problem, unless you have already submitted such a ticket.

"Ann. Ed." stands for "Anniversary Edition", as in "Trainz 10th Anniversary Collector's Edition", the special, expensive, limited-edition version of TS12 that the Auran Shop sells.

I think he's talking about registering the game at Planet Auran, not getting his locally installed copy to run. Judging by his other questions he's been running it for awhile now.

"ann.ed" is the Anniversary Edition, whatever version of Trainz you have you need to make sure you're selecting the correct one because it won't accept the Just Trains serial number for the regular TS12 from Auran.

Look on the box and select the one that matches what it says on the box before entering the code.
