Seeking several Steam Engine types for TANE if possible

I am hoping to find several steam engine types for a early 1900s route, for TANE....so far i have had difficulty finding a 10 wheeler with the high placed headlamp that will show up in 2012 and thereby probably not TANE...

here are the builders pics of the one i need to try to match with a repaint..

Also need a Consolidation with a high lamp and a Mallet, either 2-6-6-2 or 2-8-8-2 I was hoping Neal's would work but so far they are being challenging. thanks for any advice on this if and when anyone has time

For the Consolidation you could use s301's "Generic 2-8-0 Compound-SG" on the DLS.
For the 2-6-6-2 try using Colorado71's 2-6-6-2.
Edit: Colorado71's site may have viruses on it, I got a very fishy pop up.

Here is what I have off the top of my head;

<kuid:96914:4840> Loco Baldwin 4-6-0H & <kuid:96914:4841> Loco Baldwin 4-6-0H Tender by bdaneal

<kuid:648132:100975> Harriman-style 4-6-0 Ten-wheeler(Unlettered) & <kuid:648132:100976> Harriman-style 4-6-0 Tender by trainboi1

There are at least two clones of bdaneal's <kuid:438995:1062> SP Baldwin 4-6-0 #2387 by timthetoolman and <kuid:568725:100081> Union Pacific 1243 4-6-0 by jregner1955

I have them working in both TS12 and TANE, I have not tested trainboi1's in TS12

Connies
<kuid:96914:4862> Loco Baldwin medium 2-8-0H & <kuid:96914:4863> Loco Baldwin medium 2-8-0H Tender by bdaneal
<kuid2:648132:100073:1> Harriman Consolidation - OSL & <kuid2:648132:100075:1> Harriman Consolidation - OWR&N & <kuid2:648132:100077:1> Harriman Consolidation - UP by trainboi1

2-6-6-2
<kuid:648132:10011> US Plywood Corp. #11 Back, <kuid:648132:10211> US Plywood No. 11 Front, & <kuid2:648132:10411:1> US Plywood No. 11 Tender by trainboi1

Trainboi1 also did this one but it does not have the high headlight

These are smaller than Colorado71's locomotive and might be more suitable for Rollins Pass. (at least they are the ones I used in TS12)

Wow Norm thank you ..i didnt want to bother you but thanks so much that is great data. I just had a chat with Trainboi... he gave some ideas too. If we can get a 300 class built that would be ideal. we have the bulders plans and elevations and drive specs... in pretty good detail. thank you all very much.

Norm I have to finish the buildings for Tolland but will go looking for the KUIDS for that set as soon as i can to see how they may work for us. I hope to get us a working fleet properly numbered with road numbers and proper fonts and good weathering. I am a texture expert so can help with that .... and then will work on the rolling stock once we have the motive power lined up. thank you again Norm and RarePepiLord

I just took Colorado71's 2-6-6-2 over Rollins Pass in TS12 and to my surprise it managed the corners quite nicely. I would have sworn that the engine was to big for the corners on that route. It even fit through the snow sheds. :D

Thanks for the mention of s301's locomotive

Pretty nice, especially considering how old the model is.

that is a nice engine and the tender looks good too.

the mallets are a whole issue of their own...amazing machines and very important for the route for freight. the 300s worked the passenger side and were sturdy and much loved..and lasted into the 1940s amazingly considering all of the hard work they did.

thanks again for the suggestions and screenshots help too. :)
