sd70ace Heratage problems

hi. i finally got content dispacher to work so i decided to download the heratage units. i got them downloaded but i cant see them on railyard. only the emd sd70ace is showing. can someone help?? thatnks:)
 
This is where TrainzObjectz comes in handy. I think you'll find that your rolling stock has something missing. Content installed via .cdp or download helper sometimes has missing bits like bogies etc. If this is the case they won't show in railyard. The name will be there but the item won't show. Trainzobjects can show you if anything's mising and give you the option of downloading via the download station or maybe if its from another website, you may need to search there. If all else fails use something else ie from another loco. I installed the drg sd70Ace by sporbust and it had no bogies so I used the bogies off the union pacific version available on the dls. :)

thanks they work.

but i also downloaded a c44-9w and a GEVO from the trainzstation and i checked to see any missing KUIDs and there arnt any. and it wont appear in railyard. can you help?
 
I don't know about this one, I've tried Canadian c-44's and bnsf c-44's and there was nothing missing and they didn't show. So I got rid of them. The funny thing about 04 and vista on my computer anyway is you never know what you're gonna get. Maybe someone else can shed light on this one.:)
 
To know exactly which locos you're having problems with so we can help, it would be nice if you'd post the kuid numbers.

well i downloaded a atsf c44-9w and a bnsf es44ac. the KUIDs are, for the atsf,
<kuid2:113556:2915:1>

and the GEVO,
<kuid2:113556:331129:1>

all downloaded from the trainzstation. and made by SP_OR_BUST
 
I downloaded these 2 locos into CMP.
The missing T3P_Dash9_TRS_v1.1 and T3P_AC4400_TRS_v1.1 files are on the DLS.
The following are on the Trainzstation site:
113556:300098 is in BNSF_C44-9fixed2
200202:54012 is in C44-9WBNSFHorn
200202:54537 is in Nathan_K5JL

I had the same problem with these locos. I had no missing assets or dependancies but thet just wouldn't show. To me there was no reason for this because I had everything. I have 04 on vista. Weird. It only seems to be the c-44 or es44.
 
yeah..... tried that. i couldnt find all the KUIDs on the trainzstation. and also i tried looking on TPR and nothing for the trains i have. and (just for the record) im using trs2004

What kuids are you missing that I havn't listed in my post above? Everything but the 2 that are on the DLS, are at Trainzstation.

i'm not missing any Kuids. i got all of them. i think. i changed the locos to run on 2.4 in the config txt. went to TPR and downloaded some files i think are suppose to help my problem but no luck. i got this from running a full error check on Trainz Objects it said...

<Kuid2:113556:9011213:127>

i dont know if thats the problem but if it is i dont know how to fix it.

tried that... no results. is there anything i could download from TPR that could make SPORBUST's dash 9's and GEVO's work?
