The building is by "burebista", you can get it here https://trainz-objects.weebly.com/eastern-europe.html look for "Olesko Castle- Ukraine" it downloads as ""brb kiew olesko". The figure on the wall is by "ricomon35", "RC French Girl Statue - Ile de Puteaux" and it's on the DLS.
