A train caught on his way from Bucharest to Brasov (160km). In Brasov the locomotive is changed as the route continues on non electrified track

Leaving Bucharest North station

After passing the multiple junctions , the train speeds up

Somwhere between Chitila and Buftea

Passing the busy station of Brazi, where we meet a lot of tankers waiting to be filled from the Romania's largest refinery.

Waiting for departure in Ploiesti Vest station

Passing with 140km/h under a road bridge between Ploiesti and Buda

A bridge after Breaza station

Finally we arrive in Brasov, where a diesel locomotive is attached to the train, as we continue towards Sibiu on non-electrified track

The beautiful electric locomotive that pulled us for 160km will now go to sleep until her return to Bucharest next day
