That shot came from a fixed trackside camera, picking up the headlight beam of a loco just out of shot to the left of the image. The way it illuminated the scene was a totally unexpected result.
We don't make mistakes, we just have happy accidents.

All made easier because of the great creators of these fine objects. I particularly like that loco and series of wagons. The textures are brilliantly done, giving a really credible feel of solidity and raw power.

Thanks, as always, to the creators who contribute so much to Trainz. They are truly valuable assets!
