Hello,

I just want to show some pictures from my layout "Frischland2", which is now on the DLS. Maybe it helps you to decide if you want this layout or not, as it can take time to find all non DLS-content.
By the way: this layout was the last I made in TRS2004. I 'm going over to TRS2009, and will only use built-in content for my new projects.

Downloaded you route but I am missing the following 4 assets. Can you tell me where I could find these?

Unknown Location: <kuid:92609:25026>
Unknown Location: <kuid:92609:25027>
Unknown Location: <kuid:92609:25028>

Thanks for the help.

Hello Linda, I've just Googled kuid 92609 and it belongs to a Dutch Trainzer - here is the website - http://www.trainz.nl/index.php
I'm pretty sure that you have to register to be able to download, but, it's free I guess. Get Google to translate the page for you and you should be able to work out what your missing kuids are hopefully, at least it's a start.....

Unfortunately the creator is not active any more and has taken his content with him.

I'm looking for kuid:189155:1026. Its required for the above route.

All or any help would be welcomed, with thanks.

Regards Les.

This looks like an outstanding route and I would like to congratulate you for accomplishing such a wonderful creation.

Is there a chance you would upload this route with all its 22 mb in size to a free server like Mediafire? That way I ( and many others )will not have to use up the auran DLS bandwidth for too long a period of time.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

For all of you who can't get the kuids you need, just give me your e-mail adress and I will send them!

Baureihe41, thanks for your kind words!
If you want, I can upload the route to your free server.
I have now improved and upgraded the layout by signaling a few forgotten narrow gauge lines and by placing some more junctions.

It would be fantastic if you would use Mediafire or Badongo to share your route. Just check out their websites and see for yourself if they can offer what you "need".

Great looking route but I’m now looking for the Name, kuid numbers and availability of the Standard Gauge track so your help here would be much appreciated
Regards Bob V

Which country is this layout supposed to represent please ??
Does it have electric catenary also, as I don't see any in the screenshots....

Go to http://www.trainz.hu/, login, downloads, Painted Grace, tracks and FMA Track Pack 4.
The track I have used is kuid 149987:38033 and 149987:38034

First of all: this is a fictional layout, although...
As I wrote in the description on the DLS, this route is a little in the style of northeast Europe, or -to be more defined- maybe northern poland and northeastern germany.

However, the structure of the rail network is mainly based on that from the province Friesland in the Netherlands around 1930. Place-names are fictional in German, a kind of funny translation from the original Dutch names, like Sneek=Schneebach, Lemmer=Lemerhafen, Leeuwarden=Löwenhof, Bolsward=Bolzenau and Groningen=Gross Lingen.

There is no catanary, so you have to drive with diesel or steam trains, or you can of course make it yourself. ;)

I hope you got the information you wanted! :)

Pieter

Hello Pieter, thank you very much for your information, I think I will use my German and Polish steam locomotives and freight wagons on your route......

Hi Pieter
Many thanks for a great route and the link for the track
To ex-railwayman I’m sure you won’t be disappointed

Hello again Pieter, I cannot find the items created by Vendel, as these were beta assets and have now been upgraded, he normally creates bridges and other important items required for train operations, so it would be important to obtain these please.....The missing kuids are :-

KUID:52:37350
KUID:52:37352
KUID:52:37353
KUID:52:37354
KUID:52:37356
KUID:52:37357
KUID:52:37358
KUID:52:37359
KUID:52:37360
KUID:52:37363
KUID:52:37377
KUID:52:37385
KUID:52:37401
KUID:52:37416
KUID:52:37418

There are some other items missing that I cannot find, but, I think they are trees, etc, and will not stop me from playing on your layout, so I will not bother searching for them.

Thanks again.

Cheerz. ex-railwayman.

@Bob, I haven't had a chance to go onto the layout yet, but, with the amount of Spanish, Polish, Italian, Hungarian and Czech assets I've obtained from 3rd party sites, it looks very, very promising....:)
