Thanks Peter. I tried that; same result. I tried trimming the URL by changing the "https" to "http" and it still doesn't work (the trimmed URL works just fine in another browser tab). Then I noticed that my "signature" image isn't displaying any more either. So now I'm thinking that for some reason, the forum isn't displaying pictures stored on Google Drive anymore; it did display them at one time.

Sigh.

Jim

Jim,

That's a nice screenshot, but most people won't see it (and so vote for it) unless you "Insert Image" (edit again, then use third icon from right and give the URL/Web Address of the image).

Good luck.

Peter.

It's not the Trainz forum, it's Google Drive that has changed. This page explains the new method for linking to images stored on Google Drive.

Summer, 1992. A SP manifest heads east rounding the curve at Stanford Flats, fighting up the grade towards Donner Summit.

K-28 473 and the Painted Train at MP 14, Catfish Creek

The Famous K-28 #473 is seen making her way across a towering trestle in Hawaii with the "Painted Train". The engine and cars were flown in to celebrate the opening of a new Tourist Railroad. Under the trestle flows Catfish Creek Waterfall with a 35 meter drop. Note the business car "Nomad" on the rear of the train.

Very good shots folks!

In no particular order and as per normal, very, very hard to choose.

flyboy559 = A general nicely put together scene.
pdkoester = Gritty. Graffiti sets the scene well.
Epoche3bis4 = postcard worthy

If I could have had a fourth vote it would be to prr325 - general all round nice scenery and of course the steam loco.
