A while back, i follwed Nickle Plate Road #765 on an excursion up the Marias Pass. However, things went bad when a crack in the boiler was detected. We stopped in Blacktail and had a set of BNSF helpers take us to Summit.

Nevertheless, it was a fun ride.

Good evening,

I had a long hard think about the green lights on the front sp9813's Rio Grande. For I while I was wondering if the second section was catching up on chase.

The grotty sky in pdkoester's shot had me thinking about a sense of realism; some photos actually look like that.
