Screenshot Horror!

I've started a thread in the screenshots forum about a strange problem I've got with 'black' textures in TGA screenshots in TC3. Pleased to see that screenshots in TS10 (in JPG) don't have the same problem.

Isolated black zones (but nothing as extensive as shown in your screen shots) of just a few grid squares in size that appear on the initial yellow grid pattern and cannot be textured over have been a "feature" of Trainz since at least 2006. They were present in 2009 and now I have got one that has appeared in 2010. I hope it will not start to breed.

There has been some debate over what causes them - updating video drivers doesn't seem to eradicate them. Once they appear in a layout there seems to be no way of removing them. I have, on occasion, just covered them up with a building. But you would need an entire city!!!!
