Schedule library commands greyed out/inaccessible. TRS2019 SP5

I'm trying to build several schedule library command strings, but all of the commands I need to use are greyed out/inaccessible.

I've never had these commands do this in all of my previous layout sessions.

This pic shows all the greyed out commands

I have no clue why this is happening.

Anyone have an answer for me?

Remove the consist handler rule. I noticed that it has an error and is obsolete since T:ANE.

Have you tried disabling and enabling your commands again and see if that adds them back in in the Schedule Library.

You may want to empty the cache/libraries folder if that doesn't work.

I've had to disable it in other sessions as well
Not sure why that rule keeps re-appearing in new sessions.

EDIT: I see what you mean by "disable". In CM. Done. Now that pesky thing won't bug anymore, LOL.
