Saving routes(or work)

When saving Routes(or work) to a DVD+W disk ,is the "locals" saved for all of the Routes or can I save each route separately? If so how is this accomplished?
I am running TRS 2006 with SP1.

Hi Richard,

When you backup the Local folder to DVD, you are also backing up your routes and sessions as well.

If you want to just backup your stuff and nothing else, you can export your content toa CDP using CMP.
