saving contant from 2009

Hi I need some help on how to save my contant I have download from download station, (ie) loco's and routes, to portable hard drive. Do I have to save the whole trainz 2009 folder or can I just save the download content. I am buying a new computer and wish to install my downloads from download station... I would be very grateful for any help on how to do this. Thank you.

Save the Local folder. If you've made any displacements then also save the World folder.
