gplantpot - When you save your session and then wish to resume from where you left off, go to the route in the Driver/Surveyor menu that the session is derived from and then choose to 'View Sessions' at the bottom right.
Your successfully saved session should appear listed there with a timestamp and date to indicate which particular saved-game it is.
You can save many sessions based upon any route and have many saved-game driver sessions.
